The Overlook Point subdivision consists of a total of 21.64 acres which are presently developed with all city services, paved streets, side walks and concrete curb and gutter. The site fronts Granite Street to the east and Highway 12 West to the north and is located across the street from Kessler elementary school and is within the City of Helena City Limits.
